On the night of November 8th, 2016, as boiling disbelief was swirling around my skull, my heart felt one thing, I wanted to be as strong as I could possibly be.
I was upset, yet determined.
I dropped down next to the desk in my office and must have done at least 25 or 30 push ups in personal protest.
I am blessed to be a woman. Even though I grew up a tomboy, I know I was meant to be in this beautiful large female body and make it as strong as possible. No other time in my life have I felt more strongly about that fact, because today our history shifts.
I do not take strength lightly.
I believe it is important to live my life with health and physical ambition as my top priority, because I believe that physical strength breeds emotional and mental strength.
I believe that more strongly than ever today.
Let's build ourselves up, while building up each other.
Let's start right now.
