The last six days have been FULL.

Full of love, laughter, passion, elation, and exhaustion.

I am tired.
In fact, I am too tired to write too many sentences that make sense, let alone articulate the meaning of what I experienced while visiting North County San Diego the first few days of April.
Therefore, this blog post is just a teaser of what I plan to write and post later this week about my race at Ironman Oceanside, 70.3, and the two big life *BONUSES* that bookended the race.
Before the race: Quality time with my sister, Mary, and her wonderful family.
From left: My niece Darby Heim, yours truly, my sister Mary, AKA creator and proprietor of the healthy and popular ACV elixir, SisterShrub, and my niece Teagan Heim. Photo credit: My BIL, Jim Heim.
After the race: Quality time with these amazing women and teammates at Team SFQ camp.

In the meantime, I will share that I had a blast during the race and brought home some hardware. :)
To be continued….
The song and video choice this Tuesday is an underrated song from one of the greatest divas of all time, but I absolutely LOVE it, and it captures how I felt the last six days perfectly. Enjoy.
